EQUIPMENT

Decay Music Studio provides everything you need for music production. The studio offers a great variety of hardware and software recording tools. Decay Music Studio has an array of vintage and modern amps, electric guitars, acoustic guitars, bass guitars, hardware synths, and drums. The studio has all the gear you would ever need to make a great record.

  • We use Studio One Professional for all recording.

  • Recording is done at 96 khz 32 bit floating point unless otherwise requested.

  • We use a hybrid mixing process with Studio One Professional. with

  • Outboard equipment and plugins are used throughout the recording, mixing, and mastering process.

  • We have a selection of industry standard dynamic, condenser, and ribbon microphones.

  • Telefunken, Shure, AKG, Audix, Rode, Sennhiser, Royer, Studio Projects, Audio Technica, Beyerdynamic, Electro-Voice, and SE Electronics.

  • We have a wide variety of outboard preamps, compressors, and effects processors.

  • Universal Audio, Warm Audio, Empirical Labs, Focusrite, Black Lion Audio, Moog, TK Audio, Lexicon, DBX, Yamaha.

  • Our main monitors are a pair of ADAM A7X monitors paired with a KRK Subwoofer.DAM

  • Avantone active mixcubes, AKG and Sennhiser headphones are available for additional monitoring options.

  • 16 plus vintage and modern electric, acoustic, and bass guitars. Fender, Gibson, Yamaha, etc.

  • 10 plus vintage and modern amplifiers. Fender, Vox, Marshall, Supro, Ampeg.

  • Hardware synth and drum machines. Moog - Grandmother, Dave Smith - Rev2, Arturia, Roland, Dreadbox, Hydrasynth.

  • 50 plus vintage and modern guitar pedals. Strymon, Keeley, JHS, Earthquaker Devices, Electro Harmonix, Boss, Fulltone, Death by Audio.

  • Gretsch drum kit with Zlidjjan K cymbals.
